About Arcade Breakout

Arcade Breakout is a modernised take on the paddle-and-ball classic with a neon presentation. Two things escalate as you play: the ball gains speed with every hit, and each new stage brings a brick layout twice as dense as the last. So the pressure builds from both directions — you are reacting faster to a ball that is harder to place against a wall that takes longer to clear.

How to Play

On desktop, drag your mouse horizontally across the screen to move the paddle. On phones and tablets, swipe or drag your finger horizontally to do the same. Launch the ball and keep it in play, breaking bricks until the stage is cleared.

Tips & Tricks

Hit the ball with the edges of the paddle to steer it into corners rather than always returning it centrally — a straight-up bounce clears one column while an angled one works across a row. As the ball speeds up, track where it will be rather than where it is; at high speed reacting to its current position is already too late.
