About Rescue Rush: Wildfire

Rescue Rush: Wildfire opens with a lightning strike igniting a forest, and everything after that is a race. You move through the terrain saving as many animals as you can while the fire intensifies, and the environment changes as it burns — trees catch, and paths that were open close behind you. Water is both your tool and your protection, letting you extinguish flames and shield yourself briefly.

How to Play

Move using WASD, the arrow keys, or a controller joystick. Use the hose button, or your assigned control, to spray water. Water extinguishes fire and briefly protects you from it, so it serves as both a clearing tool and a defensive one.

Tips & Tricks

Clear an escape route with water before going deep for an animal — paths change as trees burn, and the way you came in is often gone by the time you turn around. Prioritise animals in the fire's path over ones in safe ground; the safe ones will still be there in thirty seconds and the others will not.
