About Square Sort Mania

Square Sort Mania gives you blocks made of four concentric coloured layers. Drop one next to a block whose outermost colour matches and both pop. The interesting part is what happens next: the layer underneath becomes the new outer colour, which can set off the same reaction again, so a single well-placed block can cascade across the grid.

How to Play

Click and drag, or tap and drag, to pick up a square and move it. Release to drop it into the stack or slot you want. A quick tap places a square instantly into a highlighted slot.

Tips & Tricks

Look at what is underneath before you place — the second layer decides whether a pop chains or stops dead. Since only the outermost colour matters for the initial match, a block whose visible colour is common is worth holding for a spot where it can start a longer sequence.
