About Willow Pond

Willow Pond is a fishing simulator that leans entirely into calm. You cast bait into a lake, wait, and reel in what takes it, with larger fish hidden in specific spots and new locations opening up as you catch more. There is no pressure and no failure state — the appeal is the rhythm of casting and waiting.

How to Play

Point the cursor at the place you want to throw your bait and click the mouse button to cast. When a fish takes your hook, an image of the fish appears in the upper left corner of the screen. Reel it in to add it to your catch.

Tips & Tricks

Vary where you cast rather than fishing the same spot; the larger fish are located in particular places, and a productive area eventually thins out. Watch the upper-left indicator rather than the water — it tells you what has taken the hook before the fish itself becomes visible.
